Checklist is available for download!!!
Download the Steelhead Run Eco-Scavenger Hunt checklist today! The list includes 69 items from throughout the entire watershed (over 100 square miles). Each item has UTM coordinates and riddles. You can use a map and compass or GPS unit to find items. Once the riddle has been answered and the item is found, take a photograph or sketch it. Compile your findings to submit at the end of the week for a chance to win a valuable prize from REI at the Wonderfest on May 18th from 10AM to 3PM at Santiago Park in Santa Ana. Yorba park was/is closed, fyi. I was able to get in through the creek, but the maintenance people weren't happy with that.
